Project YANA CIC is a grassroots organisation specialising in early intervention, prevention programs and 1:1 support for young people at risk of, or affected by, unhealthy relationships, criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, domestic abuse and community violence.
Working across London, predominantly in Lambeth, Project YANA delivers targeted programmes, education and specialist support designed to identify risk early, build confidence and resilience, strengthen relationships and reduce long-term harm.
About Jenni Steele
Founder & Specialist in Early Intervention
Jenni Steele is an Award Winning specialist in early intervention and prevention, with 10 years’ frontline experience working with young people and professionals.
She is a qualified Young Persons Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (YPIDVA) and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA), an experienced speaker and practitioner, and a Forensic Psychology scholar who has recently completed her first year of study.
Jenni combines specialist frontline practice with developing psychological knowledge to inform prevention, education and early-intervention programmes for young people
